Service Description
Where do we begin? With your breath. In this breathwork workshop, you will learn simple, effective practices to balance the nervous system, release built-up tension, and build resilience in everyday life. These tools are practical, accessible, and designed to help you return to your normal state of body and mind — even in the middle of a busy day. Led by a breath work and freediving instructor, the workshop draws on both modern research and ancient breathwork traditions from India, Nepal, and Tibet.
