Service Description

This breath-led somatic yoga class supports nervous system regulation through mindful breathing and gentle, intentional movement. Although each session is unique, every class incorporates five core elements: grounding, breath-work, dynamic movement, static asanas, observation of bodily sensations, and a closing body scan. The practice is designed to enhance embodiment, calm mental activity, and foster a deeper connection between breath, body, and awareness.
